At Ironclad K9 Group, our Protection Dog Private Lessons are designed for dog owners who demand performance, reliability, and control—on the street or on the trial field. Whether your goals are real-world personal protection or competitive success in Working Dogs of America (WDA), PSA (Protection Sports Association), or IGP, we tailor our one-on-one lessons to fit your dog, your objectives, and your lifestyle.
Led by trainers with real operational experience and deep knowledge of protection sport standards, our program is built to produce clarity, confidence, and control in every bite.
Who This Program Is For:
Program Overview
Evaluation Lesson – $250
All new protection clients begin with a 60-minute evaluation to assess your dog’s drives, temperament, obedience, and suitability for protection or sport work. Based on your goals—WDA, PSA, IGP, or personal protection—we’ll build a custom program for your lifestyle.

Note: Dogs must have a solid obedience foundation. If your dog lacks neutrality, impulse control, or leash manners, we recommend beginning with an Obedience Board & Train or Pet Dog Private Lessons package.

By purchasing and participating in any training services offered by Ironclad K9 Group, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. No Guaranteed Results – While Ironclad K9 Group provides professional training and guidance, the success of any training program depends on factors such as handler consistency, effort, and the individual temperament of the dog. Ironclad K9 Group does not guarantee specific outcomes or behavioral changes.
2. Owner Responsibility – Dog training is a collaborative process. Owners are responsible for following provided training instructions, practicing techniques consistently, and maintaining proper control of their dogs during and after training sessions.
3. Risk Acknowledgment – Training involves physical activity for both the dog and the owner. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with dog training, including but not limited to bites, scratches, and accidental injuries. Ironclad K9 Group is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after training.
4. Behavioral History Disclosure – Owners must disclose any known aggression, reactivity, medical conditions, or previous training history prior to the start of training. Failure to provide accurate information may result in termination of services without refund.
5. Non-Refundable Policy – All training packages, including single-session and multi-session purchases, are non-refundable. Once purchased, lessons must be scheduled and completed within the agreed-upon timeframe.
6. Rescheduling & Cancellations – Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a lesson. Cancellations or no-shows without adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of that session.
7. Training Tools & Methods – Ironclad K9 Group uses balanced training methods tailored to the individual dog. By enrolling in training, you consent to the use of training tools and techniques deemed appropriate by the trainer for your dog’s needs.
8. Liability Release – By purchasing training services, you release Ironclad K9 Group, its trainers, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in training sessions.
9. Right to Refuse Service – Ironclad K9 Group reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a dog is deemed a safety risk or if the owner fails to comply with training guidelines. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
